Community-Parent Advocacy Network (C-PAN)

"These are OUR children and we will benefit by or pay for what they become.  ~James Baldwin

The Community-Parent Advocacy Network (C-PAN) is a committee of parents working collectively with the Chapel Hill-Carrboro School System to  better support students of color.  Their purpose is to influence district policies that impact effective culturally-relevant programs, curriculum and delivery strategies in order to increase the achievement of students of color.
